We prefer a direct conversation because it cuts out the email back-and-forth. Send us what you need in your own words — brand, pattern, size, quantity, and (if you have it) where it needs to go. We'll acknowledge within hours, even on weekends.
Our wholesale team confirms stock, pulls current pricing, and emails you a written quotation. Quotes are itemised (product, quantity, unit price, freight) — no hidden fees, no rounded "package" numbers.
On confirmation we lock stock and schedule dispatch. You can collect from our Harare warehouse, or we arrange professional delivery to your door — point-to-point dedicated runs or third-party logistics depending on what fits the route. Free delivery within the Harare metropolitan area; beyond that, freight is agreed by route. Every load comes with documentation.
Warranty claims, technical questions, fleet audits, pattern recommendations — all route through our local Harare team. No overseas mailboxes, no scripted call-centre responses. If something doesn't feel right, you can talk to the person who sold you the tyre.
