What this website collects

Nothing, automatically. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts and sets no cookies. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell or share any visitor data — there is none to take.

What happens when you enquire

• Contact form. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with your enquiry text pre-filled. The message goes directly from your device to our business WhatsApp line. It never touches a database on this site.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your address and the content you chose to send, and use it only to answer your enquiry and handle your order.
• WhatsApp. Conversations on WhatsApp are additionally governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep enquiry records

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to quote, fulfil your order and meet accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time — just message the same number you used to contact us.
